We visit your property to assess whether or not it would fit the needs of our clients. This will also give us the chance to get to know each other and learn more about your plans. We aim to give you an indicative answer by the end of the viewing.

We make you a guaranteed rent offer for 3-5 years. Once you’re happy, we will draw up a management contract. This is where we can also agree things like break clauses.

Our clients expect high standards from their living spaces. We will build upon any works you plan to do yourself and upgrade the property to meet the latest trends in interior design. We’ll also pay for professional staging and photography, which you are welcome to use in future for your own purposes at no extra cost.

We serve professionals and families who are relocating and in need of property like yours. All of our clients are properly vetted and we are fully insured. You get paid the whole time, even when the property is empty.

As part of our service, we take care of all minor maintenance and professional cleaning and cover the associated costs. No more calls in the middle of the night or unexpected repair bills for things like leaky taps or broken door handles. We regularly both inspect the property and have it professionally cleaned, so that it always stays in the tip-top shape our clients demand.

When our partnership is nearing its end, we’ll sit down to discuss your goals and needs. We will present you a number of options and then figure out together what would be best for you. These will include: extending our guaranteed rent agreement, buying your property or handing you back your keys, with the property in pristine condition.
